We generally recommend this tip after you have tried our .47 tip and it feels too messy or runny.
It's probably good to have in your trailer just in case, but in most instances the .47 and .625 will work fine with your favorite fastener grade product.
We designed this tip to be used with Rust primers, Top and Base Coats. Butter/ Seam/ or trowel grades will be too thick for this tip.
